Q: How do I exchange or return an item?
A: At this time, you must return the unwanted item in the original packaging to receive credit and place a new order to process an exchange. Please see our return policy for more information.
Q: How do I check on the status of my order?
A: To check on the status of your order, you can log into your account to get the most up to date information regarding your order status or you can contact customer service
Q: Can I track the shipment of my order?
A: Most orders will have tracking information. Once you receive your shipping confirmation email, a tracking URL will be provided, if available. Orders that ship via the USPS will not have tracking availability.
Q: How do I modify or cancel my order?
A: To modify or change your order, please contact customer service or call 1-877-424-7226. We will make every attempt to change your order. However, if the order has already shipped, we will be unable to make change.
Q: Will I be charged for Sales Tax?
A: Today, state laws require that we charge applicable sales tax on orders shipped to Pennsylvania.
Q: Can I have my order shipped to another address?
A: Yes, in most cases you can elect to ship your order to a different address. To ensure that your order gets approved, your billing address must match the same address on your credit card. Please note, we cannot accommodate split shipments.
Q: Can I ship an order outside the United States?
A: At this time, we can only ship within the United States including Alaska and Hawaii and all US territories.
Q: How do I enter a promo code?
A: During checkout, there are 2 options to enter a coupon or promotional code. In your shopping bag, below the items you have added to your cart, you can enter your code. Additional, after you have completed your billing and payment information, there is another section where you will be prompted to enter your coupon or promotional discount. Please refer to your specific coupon or promotional code for usage, expiration dates and exclusions.
Q: Can I purchase a gift card or e-card from ChiccoShop.com?
A: At this time, we do not offer gift cards or e-card for sale on ChiccoShop.com
Q: Can my order be gift wrapped?
A: At this time, we do not offer gift wrapping options from ChiccoShop.com
Q: How do I learn more about Product Recalls?
A: It's important that you register your Chicco product so that we may contact you in the event of a recall. There are 3 ways to register:

- Mail in your product registration card that came with your item.
Additional information about recalls can be found at www.safercar.gov.
Q: Can I buy a replacement parts for Chicco products?
A: Yes, most of our replacement parts are available for sale online. Click here (URL to replacement parts). If you do not see a part that you are looking for, please call customer service at 1-877-424-7226. Our customer service staff has access to our full assortment of replacement parts.

Sorry, we do not accept personal checks, COD, or layaway options.
Your credit card will not be billed until your order has shipped. For your safety, your billing name and address must match the billing name and address of your credit card. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match this criteria.
